At Tanvi, supporting women’s rights and empowerment isn’t just part of what we do — it’s at the heart of everything. We work
directly with women's organizations, artisan cooperatives, and Fair Trade
certified groups. All groups align with Fair Trade principles including: fair
wages, safe working conditions, respect for the environment, and long-term
community support.
How do you ensure the quality of your items?
Every piece we create is a labor of love. We work closely with our artisans in Nepal, Uganda, and Ghana, ensuring each item is
handcrafted with the utmost care, using premium materials. Each women’s/fair
trade organisation we work with has a quality control process. We also conduct
regular quality checks, so when you receive your piece, you can be confident
it’s something truly special — beautiful, durable, and made to last.
How durable are your products?
Our jewelry and accessories are designed to stand the test of time. With proper care, your piece will remain as beautiful as the day
you received it. Each item is handcrafted with attention to detail, combining
traditional techniques with high-quality materials for lasting durability.
Can I return or exchange a product if it not suitable?
Absolutely!
We hope you love your Tanvi piece! If not, no worries — you have 30 days to return or exchange it.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
