At Tanvi, we work hard to offer you the best possible prices — while still ensuring we can continue supporting our incredible artisan partners around the world.

We proudly ship all orders within Canada using Canada Post. We also offer shipping Internationally through UPS.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We Offer Shipping within Canada, through standard Shipping or Express delivery.

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping over $100.  Under $50, rates will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to weather delays.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re located in the Ottawa area, you can choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Orders to remote or rural areas may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
